May 2023 - Mead meeting

Thank you to everyone who came to our monthly meeting, held on May 16 at Burp Castle!

We began with a blind tasting of four honey varietals - clover, wildflower, golden, orange blossom - then proceeded to bottle share. A huge thank you to everyone who shared their delicious mead and beer!

Note: Due to the National Homebrewers’ Conference, we will be meeting a week earlier than usual, on the 2nd Tuesday of June (June 13). We hope to see you at the conference in San Diego!
